Call Center Agent may work primarily to take payments and make reservations for our Storage Facilities. Call Center Agents may answer questions and assist with problems a customer is experiencing with regard to company. A candidate for a call center position should have excellent communications skills. A call center agent must be able to present a positive view of a company while empathizing with caller concerns. At the same time, excellent computer skills are important as data entry and research is often required.
Our company is seeking self-motivated, entrepreneurial people with great customer service, phone, organizational and sales skills. You will assist customers by phone by helping them understand their storage needs, renting units to new customers, processing payments from current tenants, answering questions and solving problems.
Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
- Collection of all rent, fees and other monies owed to the business.
- Make courtesy and collection calls, collect past-due rent, and document these calls in the tenant files.
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales required.
Knowledge of Mircosoft word, excel and basic reporting
Proficient telephone skills are critical.
Candidate must be able to work weekends.
Strong computer skills a plus.
