 About the role

You'll be the face of our property — helping new customers find the right storage solution, keeping tenants happy, and making sure the facility runs smoothly day-to-day. This is a great fit for someone who thrives working independently, enjoys talking to people, and takes pride in a well-kept space.

What you'll do

—Greet customers in person and by phone, assessing their needs, and rent storage units

—Process payments, complete rental agreements, and maintain accurate tenant records

—Make courtesy and collections calls; follow up on past-due accounts per company policy

—Prepare and send required tenant notices, reports, and correspondence

—Keep units, office, and grounds clean, organized, and move-in ready at all times

—Track and support marketing programs

What we're looking for

—Prior experience in customer service or retail sales

—Strong phone presence and communication skills

—Comfortable with computers and basic software

—Self-motivated and reliable — you take ownership without needing to be managed

—Weekend availability (Sat–Mon) is required

—Valid driver's license and fluent English

—Experience in hospitality, apartment management, retail, or self-storage is a plus
